Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Denver, CO.
Shift: Inquire Start Date: ASAP Duration: 14 weeks Pay: $2323 /
Week Travel Home Health RN Fusion Medical Staffing Facility in
Denver, Colorado Job Details Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a
skilled Home Health RN for a 14-week travel assignment in Denver,
Colorado. One year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse,
including a minimum of six months in a Home Health setting as an RN
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations Home Health
Nursing Certification (RN-BC) A Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
delivers direct nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring
comfort, stability, and effective management of their medical
conditions. Home Health RNs assess patient conditions, develop care
plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and caregivers
on disease management. Assess patient conditions and develop
individualized care plans based on medical needs and physician
directives Administer medications, treatments, and wound care while
monitoring patient responses Provide patient and caregiver
education on medication management, disease progression, and
self-care techniques Monitor for changes in patient status,
reporting concerns and adjusting care plans as needed Coordinate
with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to
ensure seamless care transitions Document patient care,
interventions, and progress accurately and in compliance with
regulatory standards Ensure compliance with infection control,
safety, and home care best practices to protect patients and
caregivers Support families and caregivers, offering guidance and
emotional support throughout the care process Maintain
communication with case managers and interdisciplinary teams to
provide coordinated patient care Adhere to infection control,
safety, and healthcare regulations The ability to read, write, and
communicate in the English language Physical Abilities - Must be
able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment
(50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend Technical/Motor Skills - Must
have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull,
and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using
department equipment Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope
with frequent contact with the general public and customers while
meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close
supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance
from other personnel. Sensory - Must possess visual acuity and
