Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Listen to agent calls daily to monitor that compliance is being met; report violations of regulatory laws as well as internal standard operation procedures (60%)
Conduct audit s of collection specialists, systematic procedures, personnel processes, and client performance in an unbiased manner (10%)
Employee Interaction, including delivering feedback in a tactful and respectful manner (20%)
Database Analytics, including organized workflows, system and process feedback (5%)
All other duties assigned (5%)


Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic Math skills
