We're seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to accelerate our user acquisition and expansion strategy. You'll partner closely with the Head of Growth to optimize marketing initiatives, improve conversion funnels, and maximize marketing efficiency. • Develop and run high-impact A/B tests across marketing and product
• Build instrumentation and analytics dashboards to track key growth metrics
• Optimize conversion funnels from acquisition to activation

• Balance quick iterations with scalable solutionsRequired Skills and experience
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in growth or product engineering
  • Fluency in TypeScript, React, and modern front-end development
  • Strong experience in A/B testing and data analysis
  • Experience with analytics tools and infrastructure, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
