Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in the south Tech
Center. This role requires an individual with strong attention to
detail and a deep understanding of accounting principles to manage
critical financial operations. The ideal candidate will excel in
maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and
working collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless
accounting processes. Responsibilities: • Lead the month-end and
year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting
standards and accuracy in financial reporting. • Prepare and
analyze general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and
balance sheet reviews. • Develop and present detailed financial
statements and reports to support management decision-making. •
Coordinate audit activities, providing necessary documentation and
resolving any inquiries from auditors. • Implement and enhance
internal control measures to secure company assets and maintain
data integrity. • Collaborate with various teams to resolve
accounting discrepancies and improve financial procedures. • Assist
with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
to inform strategic planning. • Ensure adherence to company
policies and regulatory requirements in all accounting practices. •
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. • At least 5
years of progressive accounting experience, including expertise in
full-cycle accounting. • Proficiency in handling month-end close
processes, journal entries, and general ledger management. •
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting standards and strong
Excel skills. • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention
to detail. • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities. •
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to
interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
