Job Description Job Description Auto Loan Processor About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Auto Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of auto loan documentation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this position is for you! Key Responsibilities Review 10–20 loan files at a time for accuracy and completeness. Compare documents against data in multiple computer systems. Verify all information before approving for disbursement. Communicate with dealerships or credit unions via email to resolve missing or incomplete documentation. Flag any discrepancies or compliance issues. Occasionally make phone calls to clarify information (minimal phone work). Required Skills & Qualifications 1 year experience in a high-volume, fast-paced data entry role. 1 year office experience in administrative support, banking, data entry, or dealership operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (editing spreadsheets, tracking data, using multiple tabs). Preferred Qualifications Previous experience processing auto loans or consumer loans. Background in banking or financial services. Customer service experience in a financial setting.
