Job Description Job Description Job Title: Senior Tax Associate/Accountant Location: Denver (Downtown) Hybrid: Flexible schedule; some staff come in 2 - 3 days a week Role Summary: Looking for a strong Tax Manager with generalist type of background Compensation: Up to 110k base bonus full benefits We're a privately owned & national player based out of St Louis with 5 offices scattered across the United States. Top 50 ranked CPA firm with still family feel & culture to back it up. We've been in business for 60 years and assist our clients on both the Tax & Audit side. Role Responsibilities Prep & review tax returns for assignment engagements Work closely with & directly communicate with partners, managers and team members, in addition to client personnel Review client documentation and format for use in preparation of financial reports, financial statements and tax return preparation Perform financial analyses as requested Assisting clients with budgeting & forecasting, if applicable Qualifications Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation CPA license 3 years of public accounting experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary up to $110k Bonus - annual discretionary up to 15% Profit Sharing - this is our contribution to all employees for their retirement Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Generous PTO Reduced summer hours Hybrid schedule Annual company trip - In 2025; all staff members are invited to 2 day stay in Denver.
