Job Description:
Cargill is seeking a skilled and certified electrician to join
our dedicated Technical & Maintenance team within the manufacturing
sector. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and
functionality of electrical systems and components across our
various operations. The successful candidate will play a key role
in maintaining the operational excellence that helps Cargill
nourish and sustain the global community, ensuring all electrical
installations and repairs are conducted to the highest standards.
Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical
systems. Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and
local electrical codes. Regularly inspect equipment to ascertain
necessary repairs and maintenance. Diagnose and repair electrical
problems in commercial and industrial environments. Assist in the
development and implementation of maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with management to schedule projects and reduce
machinery downtime. Document and create logs for all electrical
maintenance and repair work. Proficiency in reading electrical and
construction blueprints and schematics. Strong troubleshooting and
critical thinking skills. Excellent knowledge of wiring regulations
and safety standards. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
