Job Description:
At Fidelity Investments, a global leader in financial services,
we are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join
our vibrant team in Boston, MA. This role is pivotal in providing
outstanding service to our clients and helping them understand the
breadth of financial products we offer, from retirement planning to
brokerage services. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will
act as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their
inquiries and needs are handled with professionalism and care,
aligning with Fidelity’s high standards of service. Respond to
customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and
accurate information on products and services. Assist customers in
navigating our digital platforms and facilitate transactions.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction and
deepen their engagement with our services. Record details of
customer interactions and actions taken. Collaborate with various
teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless customer
experience. Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with
the latest financial products and services. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex financial
information clearly Proficiency in CRM and relevant computer
applications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High empathy and patience when handling customer issues Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Customer
Service Professional (CCSP) would be an asset. Financial
services-related certifications can enhance candidacy but not
required.
