Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide essential speech and language services for K-8 students at a public school in the Denver, CO area. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, supporting students with a range of mild to severe speech and language needs. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-8 students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with educational and regulatory standards. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development. Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification for SLPs. Experience working in a school setting with K-12 students. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, including mild/moderate and moderate/severe cases. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Location: Thornton, Colorado (Achieve Academy) Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Contract position for the current school year This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated SLP who is passionate about supporting students communication skills in an educational environment.
