Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a smaller
K-12 school district located in Arvada, CO. This contract position
spans the current school year (CSY) and welcomes candidates at all
stages, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) practitioners. The
school district is recognized for its supportive special education
department and positive work environment, where contractors have
consistently expressed high satisfaction. Key Qualifications and
Experience: Active CDE SSP certification required (the application
process is fast and straightforward) Certification as SLP - CCC
preferred Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is
advantageous but not mandatory Candidates with or without previous
school district experience will be considered Ability to work
full-time or part-time schedules Primary Responsibilities: Conduct
speech and language evaluations and assessments for K-12 students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on
student needs Collaborate closely with educators and other special
education professionals Maintain accurate documentation and
compliance with school and state guidelines Support students in
improving communication skills that enhance their academic success
Location: Arvada, Colorado, within a smaller, welcoming school
district Compensation: Hourly rates range from $36.00 to $60.00,
dependent on experience and qualifications, with most placements in
