Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a full-time Special Education
Teacher to serve 4th and 5th grade students with mild to moderate
disabilities. The position is based at an elementary school in the
Denver area, with assignments specifically at one school. The
contract runs from February 12, 2026 through May 21, 2026, with a
weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. This role requires on-site
candidates only. Qualifications and Experience: - Active Colorado
DOE Special Education certification - Experience working with
elementary students, especially 4th and 5th grades - Ability to
support students with mild to moderate disabilities - Full-time
availability and immediate start - Willingness to comply with
district fingerprinting and credentialing processes Key
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized education
programs (IEPs) for assigned students - Deliver instruction
tailored to diverse learning needs and abilities - Monitor student
progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly - Collaborate
with general education teachers, specialists, and parents to
support student success - Maintain accurate records as required by
district and state standards Location: - Elementary school in the
Denver area, Colorado Additional Information: - This is a contract
assignment for the 2026 school calendar year - Credentialing and
fingerprinting instructions will be coordinated by the district -
Candidates must be available for a pre-interview screening during
designated times - The teaching assignment involves working closely
