Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a Special Education
Teacher to support an elementary center-based program serving
kindergarten through 5th-grade students with autism. This
full-time, onsite position is located in the Denver area (eastern
side of the city) and runs through May 21, 2026. The role requires
supervising a classroom of 10 elementary-aged students alongside
seven paraprofessionals. Key responsibilities: Develop and
implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with
autism in a specialized setting Monitor and support student
progress while managing classroom behavior and routines Collaborate
with paraprofessionals to ensure effective instructional delivery
and supervision Maintain clear communication with families and
school staff regarding student needs and progress Comply with all
applicable regulations and district policies Qualifications
include: Active Colorado teaching license with a Special Education
Generalist endorsement Experience working with elementary-aged
students, preferably with autism Ability to supervise and guide
paraprofessional staff effectively Strong communication and
organizational skills This position requires onsite presence Monday
through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. It is a contract role through
the current school year. This is an excellent assignment for
