CNC equipment to produce complex, high?quality parts that support
cutting?edge industries like aerospace, medical, defense, and

craftsmanship, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do Operate
advanced CNC machinery, including: Vertical milling Turning & Swiss
turning 5?axis machining Multitasking CNC equipment Perform
detailed inspections using precision tools to ensure parts meet
exacting standards. Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot
minor machine issues to reduce downtime. Set up CNC
machines—selecting tools, fixtures, materials, and inputting proper
control instructions. Prepare raw materials with accurate
measurements and secure placement for machining. Monitor machining
processes, making fine?tuned adjustments to maintain accuracy and
efficiency. Complete first article inspections and ongoing quality
checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs. Document
machine settings, processes, and quality results according to ISO
and AS9100:2016 requirements. Follow strict safety protocols and
maintain ITAR compliance. Collaborate with machinists, engineers,
and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow. What You Bring
Essential Skills Strong proficiency with precision measuring
instruments and QC software. Working knowledge of CNC machining and
CAD/CAM concepts. Ability to operate CMMs for part inspection.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical
drawings. Excellent attention to detail and problem?solving
ability. Comfortable adapting to changes in a fast?paced production
environment. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or
equivalent; vocational or CNC machining certification is a plus.
Experience in high?tech manufacturing (aerospace, medical, defense,
semiconductor). Familiarity with CAD/CAM software integrated with
inspection workflows. ASQ certifications or advanced quality
training. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both
independently and as part of a team. Solid math, reading, writing,
