RANGE $82,000 - $90,000 annually, DOE JOB SUMMARY As a
Manufacturing Engineer in Loveland, CO , you will: Drive
stabilization and flow?improvement initiatives across production
operations Support production teams by resolving issues and
implementing process changes Document manufacturing processes for
electrical and metal?fabrication equipment Ensure efficient
production flow, quality adherence, and optimal resource
utilization Provide line support for system controls and electrical
manufacturing activities Optimize equipment performance to reduce
downtime and increase productivity Support continuous improvement
initiatives to enhance quality and throughput Develop work
instructions, procedures, and manufacturing documentation
Collaborate with quality teams on control plans, inspection
methods, and testing protocols Troubleshoot production issues and
implement corrective process improvements Maintain a hands?on
approach to problem?solving and process optimization Contribute to
projects that impact communities in Loveland, Fort Collins,
Greeley, Longmont, and the surrounding metro areas Work
collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners Apply your
skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and
innovation QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical,
Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (required) Minimum of 3
years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (required) Proven
experience with electro-mechanical products and processes
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean
Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S to drive efficiency and
quality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a
continuous improvement mindset Excellent communication and
collaboration skills across cross-functional team Ability to thrive
in a fast-paced, hands-on environment SKILLS AND VALUES Capable of
working independently and as a team member Strong work ethic and
unwavering integrity Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning
mindset Curiosity, problem solving, and analytical thinking
Effective verbal and written communication Desire to work on a
