(Temp-to-Hire) Location: Loveland, CO (On-site in office) Schedule:
40-hour work week, day shift. Presence required during core hours
with some flexibility. Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a
hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support both our R&D and
Production teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working
directly with hardware, building, testing and improving products,
and being actively involved on the manufacturing floor. Candidates
may be early-career or recently graduated, as both education and
experience will be evaluated. Key Responsibilities Build new
products and support improvements to existing products Create and
maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks Build and test
hardware Apply GD&T principles, including tolerance stacking
and part tolerancing Independently tolerance parts and update
engineering drawings Manage and participate in the Engineering
Change Order (ECO) process Update and maintain product
documentation and prints Work within Product Data Management (PDM)
systems (Vault experience is a plus) Collaborate closely with
R&D and Production teams to support manufacturing needs
Maintain a strong hands-on presence in the manufacturing
environment Manufacturing & Process Responsibilities Evaluate
quality control processes and recommend improvements Analyze
production processes, schedules, methods, and data; prepare reports
for management Ensure manufacturing processes comply with
applicable government laws and regulations Review labor, material,
and production costs to support management decision-making Analyze
and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space utilization to
improve efficiency Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair,
ensuring manufacturer procedures are followed Support equipment
selection, purchase, installation, and ongoing operation
Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred; Mechanical Engineering
or Electrical Engineering background helpful Relevant experience
may substitute for formal education Strong understanding of
manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals Comfortable
working independently and in a fast-paced environment Ability to
work well under pressure Building and testing hardware experience
