Job Description Job Description Full Job DescriptionEntry-Level Estimator - Metal Building Industry Location: Englewood, CO (On-Site Only - Not a Remote Position) Job Type: Full-time Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Estimator to join a growing team within the pre-engineered metal building industry. The ideal candidate will assist in estimating buildings using Metal Building Software (MBS) and ensure all inputs, outputs, and customer requirements align with design contracts. Essential Functions Review MBS job inputs, including building codes, loads, openings, and other specifications. Perform the initial design of buildings before final review by a Professional Engineer, incorporating necessary revisions. Adapt to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, maintaining flexibility in a dynamic work environment. Qualifications & Skills Familiarity with MBS software is a plus. Experience reading blueprints and architectural plans is beneficial. Strong mathematical skills are advantageous. Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented mindset. High School Diploma or GED required. Must reside in or around Englewood, CO (this is an on-site position). Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience). 401(k) match program. Paid Time Off (PTO).
