Job Description Job Description Job Title: Automation Technician Job Description We are seeking an Automation Technician to collaborate closely with our Electrical Engineer on a variety of automation projects. This role involves troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on equipment such as robots and conveyors. Responsibilities Assist the Electrical Engineer with automation projects. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on equipment such as robots and conveyors. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently. Essential Skills Strong knowledge in automation, troubleshooting, and robotics. Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate's degree in engineering, automation, robotics, or a related field. Solid understanding of electrical fundamentals. Mechanical aptitude. Work Environment This position offers a climate-controlled and very clean work environment. The company culture is highly engaging with regular cookouts, lunches, and giveaways. Work averages around 45 hours per week. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
