In this position, you will be responsible for assisting, operating heavy machinery, and following all site health and safety regulations. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. Essential Job Accountabilities: Performs manual labor tasks (lifting, carrying, dragging, or pulling material, etc.) to saturate felt liners with a poly resin Uses hand tools as needed to ensure even distribution of resin Operates Company equipment, ensuring it is maintained in a clean, safe, and mechanically sound condition to prolong equipment life Completes daily paperwork for the saturation process and ISO requirements, ensuring it is accurate and legible for traceability purposes Performs saturation process in a safe manner according to all safety practices to meet internal and external customer requirements Performs saturation process to quality standards established by the Company for consistency and meeting customer requirements Possesses a positive attitude and works well in a team environment, accepting delegated responsibility from the Wetout Process Manager to ensure work is completed efficiently and to customer expectations Education: High School Diploma or GED Knowledge, skills, and abilities : Previous manufacturing experience a plus Understand, speak, and write fluently in English Capable of obtaining forklift certification Ability to work with resin and chemicals associated with the saturation process Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, pull, drag, bend, squat and turn at the waist Ability to use proper lifting techniques to periodically lift a minimum of 50lbs and carry it for a minimum of 50 feet.
