- Responsible for managing current and prospective sustainability
partnerships across the agricultural value-chain, including with
Nutrien's strategic suppliers, processors, CPGs, consumer-facing
retailers, and other value-chain stakeholders with sustainability
objectives that align with Nutrien Ag Solutions' sustainability
strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for scaling
downstream partner engagements
- Evaluate new partnerships for commercial viability and
potential value creation
- Lead commercial discussions to support development of
collaboration and partnership agreements
- Work directly with sustainability program design team to
develop projects that support aligned partner objectives and
deliverables
- Collaborate with regional commercial sustainability teams on
partnerships with global potential
- Lead engagement with agriculture-focused NGOs and industry
groups to support mutual areas of benefit
- Contribute to advocacy and outreach at various level of U.S.
and Canadian governments to support grower and sector
interests
- Engage with Nutrien's Corporate Sustainability team to
understand stakeholder expectations and dynamics to help evolve
sustainability strategy
- Key point of contact for internal and external communication,
reporting and disclosure needs related to Nutrien Ag Solutions
sustainability strategy and activities
- Represent Nutrien Ag Solutions at industry events and within
industry associates as needed
- Lead and perform work the Nutrien Way - engaging in corporate,
policies, programs and practices, including SH&E regulations
and standards, to bring our Culture of Care to life
- Oversee all aspects of human resources including hiring,
promoting, training and development, performance management,
coaching, and discharging within company policy and regulatory
compliance - partnering with HR, as needed
- Manage within and implement the terms and conditions of a
collective agreement(s), where applicable
- Perform other related duties, as required What will you bring:
- 10+ years of experience in food, agriculture, sustainability,
or a combination thereof
- Proven ability to collaborate between different areas of a
business
- Experience working closely with CPGs and processors in the ag
supply chain
- Exhibits patience and diplomacy and enjoys helping, teaching,
and leading others
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High-level strategic and critical thinking
- Courage to be a dissenting voice in team meetings
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamically changing business
climate
- Works effectively independently and with exceptional time and
priority-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a
fast-paced environment Salary Range: -$143,920.00 - $215,880.00.
Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location. We
provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive

disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per
week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our

role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan,
consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay
out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the
company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the
