Compensation Range: $90,000.00 - 100,000.00A little about us? -Coloscapes Concrete was started in 2004 with a vision to create a first-rate commercial concrete company capable of providing clients with a full-service concrete experience. We began tackling the entire concrete process including structural foundations, flatwork, and any components of site concrete. Over the years, we have created an installation team that can meet the needs of our clientele in terms of quality, cost, and schedule. -Since we started, we're proud to have grown from a handful of employees to a company that can staff the most complicated construction projects. With our growing -full-time staff, we complete top-notch projects in Colorado, Wyoming, and Arizona. -What is this role? -The Project Manager will be the driving force behind the success of every key project or program that Coloscapes Concrete seeks to accomplish. -This role will manage the project timeline, and contractor communication, and track key performance indicators. - The project manager will ensure the project remains on time and within budget. They will motivate team members to ensure the individual and team goals are met. This role will act as a liaison between the project team and upper-level management, preparing and presenting progress reports to ensure the project is aligned with organizational goals. What are a few of the essential job duties of our Project Manager? -

  • Ensure that all documentation is in place to begin and continue invoicing on time and to assist in collecting outstanding payments as required.
  • Responsible for assisting Preconstruction with contract review, negotiation, and execution. Also, to ensure applicable terms, conditions, and scope information are consistent with the intent of the company's proposal and then have been appropriately disseminated within the division.
  • To aid and assist in securing specific concrete project information or materials, or any other task necessary to keep established production and field schedules intact
  • Responsible for facilitating meetings to convey necessary information and establish the necessary plans to ensure the successful outcomes of all projects.
  • Coordinate with Field Leadership for the required labor, equipment, and materials to be onsite in alignment with the established Lookahead schedule.
  • Maintain professional relationships with owner, customers and clients, and worksite team members
  • To help ensure that the appropriate field safety and quality assurance measures are followed.
  • Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials and negotiating prices.
  • Maintain cost keys and price masters by updating information.
  • After every concrete project, ensure that all close-out documentation has been submitted and that project files are appropriately archived once final payment is made.
  • Responsible for convening one or more project post-mortem meetings to review the project with the appropriate functional areas to identify non-conformances, root causes, and appropriate corrective actions.
  • Any other tasks or projects as assigned.Desired Qualifications for Project Manager:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certificate in Project Management (CPM) strongly desired
    • Experience using Computer Ease is preferred.
    • OSHA 30 - highly desired or willing to obtain within 1 year of employment.Required Qualifications: -
      Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required, or relative experience and training in place of a degree.5 years or more experience as a project manager in the construction industry.Benefits:
