Opportunity:Chick-fil-A Loveland has been in business for over 17 years here in Northern Colorado. We are excited to announce the opening of our second location later this Summer in 2024. As we grow, so do the opportunities for leadership on our team. Restaurant Managers are at the focus of everything we do in the restaurant on a daily basis. They are in charge of opening and closing the restaurant including daily operations. We are open 6:30am to 10pm daily and need our candidates to have open availability for this opportunity. Most restaurant manager schedules are 6am to 4pm; 12pm to 9pm; or 2pm to 11pm. We only require one mid and two closing shifts per week with guaranteed Sundays off. We work in a fast paced and high-volume restaurant. We staff for success on our shifts and allow our Restaurant Managers a lot of flexibility within their schedule.We believe in balance and that you should have a life outside of the work place too! We want our leaders to be happy in and out of work. We have amazing retention rates within our team members and leadership ranks versus our competitors. An ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years restaurant experience in a leadership position.
