Position Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Traveler Surgical ICU - RN Traveler Contract
Medical Center of the Rockies, Loveland CO.
13 Week Travel Assignment
Full Time, Rotating Shifts

13 week contracts - extension opportunities

75 mile radius rule

Unit Description:
Level II Trauma Unit focusing on the care of Trauma, Surgical and Neuro critically ill patients.

Position Requirements:
America Heart Association BLS, ACLS and CO RN License or Compact License.

Education:
Bachelors degree nursing is preferred

Job Duties:
Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel. May precept student nurses and new hires.

This position's pay rate is $38.00/hour + travel stipend/package. An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance
