Job DescriptionRespiratory Therapy Care Partner This is a non-exempt, hourly PRN position on UCHealth's Respiratory Care team at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO. Under the supervision of a Respiratory Therapist, performs basic patient care activities and care. Patient population includes infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. Job Duties --- Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by a Respiratory Therapist. --- Assists with tracking and improving patient outcomes. --- Reports abnormal findings in physical or emotional conditions to the Respiratory Therapy staff. --- Assists with keeping units stocked, clean and orderly. Requirements --- Enrolled in a CoARC (Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) accredited respiratory care program. --- Completion of first year of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. This position's pay range starts at: $14.90/hour. An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
