- Status: Full-TimeAs a Behavioral Health Clinican with our
Community Based Services program, you will provide on-going
clinical assessment, diagnosis, individual, family, and group
therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services for
child and/or adult clients with mild to severe mental health
symptoms, substance use disorder symptoms, and/or disabilities.
Therapists will develop, document, and monitor treatment plans;
monitor and document treatment services, interactions, and
progress. Ensure that documentation and maintenance of client chart
meets agency, state, federal, etc. audit standards. Collaborate
with internal (i.e. medical, psychiatric, clinical, case
management, peers, etc.) and external (i.e. referral agencies,
family, friends, etc.) treatment team members and/or supports
around a client's treatment plan goals, treatment, and treatment
progress. Coordinate with collaterals and/or partner agencies
during and after a client's treatment to ensure sustainable support
and step-down services are in place. All clinical staff at

Can earn between $2,000 and $23,400
in addition to base wage by participating in the SummitReach
ProgramReceive supervision toward clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW,
LPC, LMFT, LAC) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) at no cost to the
employeeReceive reimbursement for obtaining clinical licensure
(i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) in addition

Required: Bachelor's degree in human
services or a related field; 1-2 years of professional experience
in the human services industry; Valid Colorado driver's
license.Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural; Master's degree in human
services or a related field; CAS or LAC.Behavioral Health Clinican
II
Required: Master's (MA) Degree in
counseling, psychology, social work or related field from
accredited College or University.Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural;
Mental Health Licensure: including LCSW, LPC, LMFT; Substance Use
Disorder Licensure: including CAS, or LAC.Behavioral Health
Clinican III
Required: Master's (MA) Degree in
counseling, psychology, social work or related field from
accredited College or University; LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.Preferred:
Bilingual/Bi-cultural;Substance Use Disorder Licensure: including
CAS, or LAC.The typical hiring range, for a 40-hour work week,
based on relevant qualification and experience:
- Behavioral Health Clinician I: $37,313.33 - $44,775.99/yr.
- Behavioral Health Clinican II: $50,000 - $60,000/yr.
- Behavioral Health Clinician III: $52,958.50 -
$66,198.12/yr
- Behavioral Health Clinician III - dual license (with LAC):
$55,606.42 - $69,508.03/yr.Additional Sign-On Bonus up to $10,000

Clinical staff working within theSummitReachProgram can earn
between $2,000 - $23,400 in addition to their base wage, depending
