Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Radiology X-Ray Technologist Lead to join our team at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies Main Hosp. As a key member of our Diagnostic Rad department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and lead a team of radiologic technologists to ensure high-quality imaging services.
• Model proficiency through precepting new team members and contributing to a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and promote a safe and quality-driven environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide innovative solutions for our patients.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in radiologic technology.What We Offer
