*We are seeking a LTC-Licensed Practical Nurse **SHARED Housing Available**Location:- Meeker, CO 81641 and Gunnison, CO 81230**Number of weeks:- 13**Shift:- 12 hours Days**Gunnison Pay range:- $43.25 to 47.55/hr.**Meeker Pay range:- $45 to $50/hr. **Experience:*Must have LTC experienceMust have a minimum, 2 years experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution and LTC experience Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.*Licenses/Certification*:must have LPN in state of Colorado/Compact state licenseBLS certification*Responsibilities** Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed* Monitor and record patient vital signs* Assist in medical procedures such as catheterization and wound care* Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and self-care techniques* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care* Maintain accurate patient records and documentationRN01Job Type: ContractPay: $43.25 - $47.55 per hourExpected hours: 36 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurancePhysical Setting:* Long term careWork Location: On the roadby Jobble
