Family Medicine physician in an established practice in Northern

practice. Opportunity Highlights: - Outpatient primary care clinic
with lab and radiology on-site - Neighborhood clinic treating all
ages - 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time - Light call
- phone call consult only - Medical assistants, front office, and
leadership support We seek candidates who are: - Board Certified
(or eligible) in Family Medicine - Licensed in Colorado, or
qualified to obtain - Patient-focused, friendly and willing to
collaborate in a team environment At Banner Health, were committed

$235,000-$265,000 (based on experience) plus incentives -
Educational loan repayment: $100,000 - Sign-on bonus/relocation
