Family Medicine physician in an established practice in Northern

practice. Opportunity Highlights: Outpatient primary care clinic
with lab and radiology on-site Neighborhood clinic treating all
ages 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time Light call -
phone call consult only Medical assistants, front office, and
leadership support We seek candidates who are: Board Certified (or
eligible) in Family Medicine Licensed in Colorado, or qualified to
obtain Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a

$235,000-$265,000 (based on experience) plus incentives Educational
loan repayment: $100,000 Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance:
$60,000 Resident stipend: Up to $18,000 Paid malpractice coverage
