Surgical Tech Location: Englewood, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,401 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: CST OR Profession: CST/ORT Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: NBSTA and DORA Certifications Must-Have: Flexibility for Day/Evening hours as needed. Self-direction. Ortho/Joint experience. Description: This position involves providing surgical support within the operating room. The unit comprises 14 operating rooms. The staff includes a charge nurse, an RN, and a surgical technologist per operating room. Patient ratios are typically maintained at a 1:1 basis. Candidates should be equipped with experience in orthopedic and joint procedures. Level I and trauma experience is preferred. The environment is collaborative, requiring team players with a high level of accountability and expertise. Call may be required as part of the position. The use of Meditech for electronic medical records is standard within the unit. All candidates must exhibit the ability to adapt based on the needs of the shift.
