Job Description:

A well-established, multi-site gastroenterology group in the North Denver metro region is seeking a BC Gastroenterologist to join its hospital-adjacent clinic location. This is a balanced, outpatient-focused opportunity with dedicated procedure time, ERCP exposure, and a stable employed structure designed for long-term success. The group has served the region for decades and is deeply committed to preventive GI care, performing a high volume of screening colonoscopies while maintaining a sustainable, physician-friendly workflow. Practice Highlights: • General GI position with ERCP (approximately 1-2 cases per week) • 5-day workweek with clinic hours from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. • Half-day clinic seeing 8-10 patients, with the remainder of the day dedicated to procedures/scoping • Clinic attached to the hospital, allowing for efficient coordination of care • Join a collaborative team of 16 physicians and 12 APPs; experience supervising APPs required Compensation & Benefits: • 2-year employed contract • Base salary $400K-$500K • Quarterly wRVU incentives with additional earning potential of $25K-$100K • $25K sign-on bonus $15K relocation assistance • 6 weeks of paid time off • Full benefits including medical coverage, malpractice, CME, & retirement • Research opportunities available Community: • Located in the North Denver metro area, offering easy access to Denver and Boulder • Short commute times with a mix of suburban living and open space • Strong local economy with access to tech, healthcare, and education hubs • Close proximity to outdoor recreation, trails, and mountain activities • Easy access to Denver International Airport for regional and national travel Interested?
