Job Description:

seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to
join our multidisciplinary team. We are committed to delivering

and outpatient facilities. This position offers the opportunity to
work closely with top healthcare professionals to provide primary
and specialty healthcare services. Ideal candidates will bring a
passion for patient care and a desire to drive positive clinical
outcomes. Conduct physical assessments and diagnostic tests to
determine patient health status. Prescribe medication following
established guidelines and state laws. Develop and manage treatment
plans tailored to individual patient needs. Collaborate with
physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure
optimal patient care. Provide guidance on health maintenance and
disease prevention. Offer assistance in managing chronic
conditions, including ordering tests and interpreting the results.
Educate patients and their families on treatments and healthcare
needs. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations. Strong clinical skills in physical
assessment and diagnosis Ability to prescribe and manage
medications responsibly Excellent communication skills for
interacting with patients and healthcare teams Knowledge of
electronic health record (EHR) systems Capacity to work
independently as well as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state
license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
(NCCPA) Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) certification
