- Utilizes time, personnel, equipment, and supplies effectively to
provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care. - Manages
resources and patient flow by matching nursing competencies with
individualized patient and unit needs. - Uses standards of care,
hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to guide
practice. - Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural,
and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of
medical records and clinical data. - Develops and implements
patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary
team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards. The

(BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Pediatric Advanced
Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement,
Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range:
