Job Description Job Description Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1 years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This role involves performing diagnostic radiographic procedures to support accurate and timely patient care. You will operate advanced X-Ray imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images in accordance with physician specifications. Key responsibilities include patient positioning and immobilization, coordinating examinations, and carefully evaluating image quality to assist radiologists in diagnosis. Essential duties also encompass effectively communicating with patients, coworkers, and healthcare providers, maintaining equipment and departmental supplies, practicing sterile techniques and infection prevention, and adhering to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff. You will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor student radiographers in a clinical environment, promoting best practices. Multi-tasking and adherence to deadlines ensure smooth operation of imaging services.
