Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Full-Time
Occupational Therapist position is available for the 2026-2027
school year to serve students from elementary through high school.
This role supports a diverse K-12 student population with a range
of mild to severe disabilities, providing essential therapeutic
interventions within a school setting. Location: Castle Rock,
Washington Key Responsibilities: Deliver on-site occupational
therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high
school levels Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
tailored to students educational needs Collaborate closely with
teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
Conduct assessments to identify students functional abilities and
areas requiring support Maintain accurate documentation and comply
with state and school policies Qualifications: Current Washington
State Occupational Therapist Certification is required Experience
working with school-aged children, preferably within K-12 settings
Ability to handle a caseload of students with varying disabilities
and therapy needs Strong communication and teamwork skills for
effective collaboration with educational staff and families
Commitment to fostering positive developmental outcomes in a school
environment Schedule and Duration: Full-time, five days per week
(Monday through Friday) Approximately 7 hours per day Contract
position for the full school year (2026-2027) This opportunity
