Job Description:
HealthONE, a distinctive leader in healthcare services in
Aurora, CO, affiliated with HCA Healthcare, is currently seeking a
dedicated CT Technologist to work weekends. In this dynamic role,
the CT Technologist will operate computerized tomography scanners
to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes
under the direct supervision of a physician. As an integral part of
our medical team, you will contribute to HealthONE's ongoing
commitment to providing exceptional patient care with a focus on
timely, high-quality, and compassionate services. Perform CT scans
while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring patient comfort.
Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures by adjusting
immobilization devices and ensuring proper settings. Collaborate
with radiologists to determine appropriate imaging techniques and
operate equipment accordingly. Maintain records of diagnostic
procedures as required by hospital regulations and privacy laws.
Provide care and support to patients during procedures, explaining
the process and addressing any concerns. Monitor equipment
operations and report any malfunctions or inconsistencies to the
maintenance team. Proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment.
Strong understanding of safety protocols related to radiological
procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with both patients
and healthcare team members. Detail-oriented with strong analytical
skills to interpret images accurately. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid certification
by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Certification in CT technology is highly preferred.
