Job Description:

system, as a Travel RN in our Medicine Tele Unit for night shifts.
This role provides critical telemetry monitoring and patient care
within our state-of-the-art hospitals. As part of our dedicated
team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care that
revolves around our patient-first philosophy. You will work in
various locations across our health system, ensuring the highest
quality of care and maintaining our commitment to improving lives.
Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the
best possible care and advice. Observe telemetry screens for any
changes in the ECG patterns and respond with appropriate
interventions. Administer medications following the physician's
orders and maintain meticulous records of patients' treatment
plans. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and
their families. Educate patients about management of their
conditions and explain post-hospital treatment. Maintain safe and
clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
improve patient outcomes. Proficiency in ECG interpretation and
telemetry monitoring. Strong decision-making and problem-solving
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Adaptability
to various healthcare settings and patient needs. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN
license valid in the state of Colorado. BLS certification required,
ACLS preferred.
