Job Description:

excellence in Colorado, is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator
Nursing - Critical Care. This role involves developing,
implementing, and leading training programs for nurses and clinical
staff within the critical care units. The position ensures that all
clinical personnel are fully trained in the latest critical care
techniques, aligning with UCHealth's commitment to providing
exceptional, evidence-based patient care across our facilities. The
Clinical Educator will play a pivotal role in fostering
professional development and maintaining high standards in one of
the most fast-paced, demanding healthcare environments. Develop and
update critical care nursing curriculum and continuing education
programs. Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for
nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. Evaluate the
effectiveness of training and modify programs as needed to improve
outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of critical care best
practices and technological advancements. Collaborate with
healthcare leaders to align educational practices with overarching
patient care objectives. Facilitate a supportive and collaborative
learning environment that encourages professional growth and
adherence to industry standards. Monitor and ensure compliance with
state and federal regulations concerning healthcare education.
Advanced knowledge of critical care nursing practices and
principles. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to
develop curriculum and instructional materials. Proficient in
clinical training techniques and technologies. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred. BLS/ACLS
certification.
