Job Description:
UCHealth invites applications for our unique RN Fellowship
program across Specialties including ICU, Medical Surgical, and
Progressive Care Units. This program is designed to support newly
graduated RNs or experienced nurses looking to transition to a
different specialty. The Fellowship provides extensive training,
development, and guided clinical experiences to foster a
comprehensive understanding and proficiency in complex patient
care. Located in Colorado, UCHealth is committed to excellence in
patient care, embracing innovation and compassion across our
multiple hospitals and outpatient facilities. Participate in a
comprehensive fellowship training covering ICU, Med Surg, or PCU
specialties. Provide high-quality, compassionate, and
evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to implement
patient care plans effectively. Monitor patients' health
conditions, administer medications, and update patient records
responsibly. Actively partake in continuous educational activities
to advance clinical skills. Strong clinical skills with the ability
to handle high-stress situations. Proficiency in using medical
software for patient management. Excellent communication and
collaborative skills. Ability to critically think and make quick
decisions in emergency scenarios. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse license in the state of Colorado or compact state. BLS
certified; ACLS preferred.
