Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading and innovative healthcare system in
Colorado, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join
our Ambulatory Float Pool. This dynamic role requires flexibility
and a passion for patient care, providing an opportunity to work in
various ambulatory settings within our network. You will be crucial
in delivering personalized, top-tier healthcare to patients across
specialties, contributing significantly to their treatment and
recovery. Ideal candidates will thrive in changing environments,

standards of excellence in all patient interactions. Deliver
high-quality nursing care in varying ambulatory settings across the
UCHealth system. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans in collaboration with patient care teams. Adjust care plans
based on patient condition, interpreting diagnostic tests, and
following through with necessary procedures. Administer medications
and maintain accurate documentation of patient care. Ensure the
effective coordination of patient care through clear communication
and collaboration with team members. Provide education and support
to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health
maintenance. Participate in continuing education and training to
stay current with the latest trends and advancements in healthcare.
Proficiency in various electronic health record systems Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to new
environments and quickly integrate into different teams Expertise
in establishing and maintaining effective nursing care standards
Capability to perform multiple tasks and make critical decisions
under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of Colorado BLS/CPR certification as provided by the American
Heart Association ACLS certification desirable
