Stellar Living, a pioneer in senior healthcare services, is looking for an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents across our facilities. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will work closely with elderly patients who suffer from respiratory conditions and require specialized care in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. Your expertise will help improve not just their breathing, but their quality of life, aligning with our mission to enhance lives and foster a sense of community. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary disorders. Perform routine respiratory therapy treatments including aerosol therapy, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy. Develop and implement specialized care plans for residents suffering from chronic respiratory diseases. Educate patients and their families on pulmonary rehabilitation and disease prevention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate records of patients' therapy and progress. Proficiency in using respiratory care equipment and devices Strong diagnostic and patient management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid State Respiratory Therapist License Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
