Job Description Primary Care Physician Compensation: $250K Base Salary Bonus Partnership Track Join a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization transforming healthcare for the senior population. Position Highlights Compensation: $250K base salary Bonus: Up to $20K in year one, increasing with partnership Partnership Track: No buy-in; typically achieved in 12–18 months (65% reach partnership within one year; partners earn $300K) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM) Patient Volume: Average 18 patients per day Panel Size: Max 450 patients Model: 100% outpatient, value-based care Team Support: Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist Patient Population: Seniors managing 3–5 chronic conditions Work/Life Balance: No nights or weekends; built-in administrative time Benefits 33 Days PTO (includes holidays and CME) Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Plans for provider and family 401(k) with 5.5% Employer Match CME Allowance: $3,500 1 week Full-Time, Stable Schedule with Strong Clinical Support Clinic Features Onsite Specialists: Cardiology, Podiatry, and more Holistic Health Offerings: Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Nutrition Services Door-to-Door Transportation: Free for patients within service areas
