Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) expertise is sought for a
contract position providing specialized care to newborns. This role
focuses on delivering compassionate, skilled nursing within a Level
II NICU setting using Epic charting software. The position requires
daytime shifts, offering a consistent schedule for work-life
balance. Location Based in Elizabeth, NJ, this role places you in a
vibrant urban area with access to diverse communities and cultural
experiences. The location offers convenient amenities and transport
links, making it easy to commute and explore the surrounding
region. Responsibilities Provide direct, high-quality nursing care
to neonates in a Level II NICU Utilize Epic charting system
efficiently for accurate patient documentation Collaborate closely
with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Monitor patient conditions
and respond promptly to changes Educate and support families
regarding newborn care and treatments Qualifications / Desired
Experience Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with NICU specialization
Minimum of 2 years NICU nursing experience preferred Proficiency in
Epic electronic health records mandatory Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and
critical thinking skills Shift / Hours 3 shifts of 12 hours each,
daytime hours (07:00 - 19:30) This contract role is ideal for
