Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leading provider of home healthcare,
pediatric therapy, and hospice services, is looking for
compassionate and dedicated Home Care Registered Nurses to join our
team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to enhance
your nursing skills while providing essential care to patients in
their own homes. You will work closely with patients and their
families to implement comprehensive care plans that facilitate the
journey to recovery or comfortable management of chronic
conditions. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and
implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention or provide case management. Monitoring patient health
and recording signs. Instructing patients and their families on
proper home health care strategies and procedures. Clinical skills
and familiarity with professional nursing practices. Ability to
operate medical equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life
Support (BLS) certified. CPR certification.
