Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a skilled Clinical Educator specializing in
Dialysis to enhance the competencies of our nursing staff by
designing and conducting targeted educational programs. This role
is pivotal in promoting clinical competencies related to our
dialysis facilities, ensuring our nurses provide the highest
standards of care. The educator will develop and deliver training
materials, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and
support the ongoing education of our nursing team in an innovative
and supportive environment. Assess training needs and develop
programs for dialysis nursing staff. Provide hands-on training and
simulations on dialysis procedures. Stay updated with the latest in
dialysis treatment and nursing practices. Evaluate the
effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
Support nursing staff in obtaining and maintaining necessary
certifications. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure consistent
patient care and safety. Strong clinical skills in dialysis
Proficient in developing and delivering educational material
Ability to assess training needs and implement strategic solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
using medical software and e-learning platforms Medical Insurance

Nurse (RN) licensure BLS/ACLS Certification Certification in
Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
