Overview
The Ranch, Larimer County's Fairgrounds and Event Center, is seeking a hard-working individual to join our team!Housekeepers at the Ranch Events Complex maintain the cleanliness of the facilities so the public can continue to enjoy all of the events at our site. They also help keep the facilities safe and proactively take preventative measures for safety and repair.
The Ranch Events Complex has earned a reputation as one of the premier event and entertainment complexes in the region. The Ranch campus also includes the Budweiser Events Center, a 7,200 seat multi-purpose venue that is host to a variety of family shows, rodeos, comedy events, concerts, and the Colorado Eagles. Responsibilities
Specifically, this position:

• Sweeps and wet mops hard surface floors, dusts and polishes furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment.
• Vacuums and shampoos or spot cleans carpet.
• Washes windows and walls; empties and cleans trash receptacles; empties large collecting trash bin as needed.
• Cleans restrooms and related facilities; maintains supplies in restrooms.
• Moves and arranges furniture and equipment and set up rooms for special meetings or events.

  We are looking for a candidate that will:
  • Use cleaning supplies needed for sweeping, seat cleaning, floor care, restroom cleaning and disinfecting, and wall, glass, and metal cleaning.
  • Take directions and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Continuously multi-task under time limits.

    All candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.
    
    • High school diploma or GED required, or related trade school training.

      Supplemental Information
      This is a temporary position that works approximately 30 hours or less a week.
      
      The typical schedule for this position is 7am - 3:30pm but can vary based on event schedules. This position will work a schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays and in varying weather conditions.
      
      An offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check. As marijuana is an illegal substance under federal law, testing positive for marijuana (medical or otherwise) or any other substance for which the county tests, will result in the contingent offer of employment being revoked. Successful completion of the drug screen is defined as obtaining a negative result.
