The ideal Restaurant Kitchen Manager should cultivate a vibrant atmosphere with excellent food, enforces quality and cleanliness standards, guides staff, represents the brand, and handles financial aspects for operational success. Responsibilities Create a vibrant atmosphere through exceptional food offerings Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and processes for the kitchen staff Provide training, guidance, and act as a brand representative Optimize financial performance, manage food costs, and oversee inventory and reporting Compensation and Benefits Salary : up to $85,000 Bonus Potential Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Paid Vacation 401k Requirements Minimum of 4 years current experience as a salaried Restaurant Kitchen Manager in a Full Service concept High volume background – must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed Restaurant Kitchen Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.) For immediate consideration, e-mail your resume to jacob@geckohospitality.com or apply today
