Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including HACH, ChemTreat, and Trojan Technologies.POSITION SUMMARY: The Payroll Analyst is responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager and the Senior Payroll Specialist.Make a difference - join us to ensure water quality for people around the world.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drives for ResultsVerifications of employment - written and verbal Assist with the processing of payroll for multiple company codes on a biweekly basisAssist with researching and resolving timecard and pay discrepancies as neededManage daily feed from Workday to ADP for employee changes to ensure accuracy and identify any retro pay or other payroll adjusts as needed Assist getting the payroll output reports to required departmentsAssist with general ledger preparation and journal entry administration on a monthly basis Coordinate and process new hires and terminations Other requests as needed from HR, Finance and other departmentsPerforms other duties as assigned Leads Continuous ImprovementAnalyze existing processes, systems, reports, data analysis and outputs within the payroll dept and recommends potential improvement opportunitiesRelationships and InfluenceReports to the Payroll SupervisorPartners with Regional and Local Payroll teamsPartners with broader organization to drive standardizations and continuous improvements QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED required 5+ years of increasing responsibility in various accounting and payroll rolesKnowledge of PayForce and eTime systems preferredAbility to effectively partner and influence cross-functional teamsAbility to drive alignment and implement standard workBasic Accounting knowledgeStrong analytical/problem solving skills, strategic thinking and a command of the detailsAbility to deal with conflict, and manage expectationsAbility to work independently and solve problemsExcellent oral and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and accurateFluent in English language proficiencyAccepts and embraces a stretch culture environment with a positive can-do attitudeENVIRONMENTPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
