We are seeking for an HR Services Coordinator for our North
American HR Shared Services Team based in Loveland Colorado. If you

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as HR point of contact for inquiries from North America
Associate Groups.
Support HR Leadership in the phases of the associate life cycle
including, but not limited to:
General HR Support, Onboarding, General Questions, Leave of
Absence, Offboarding, etc.
Benefits Program Support
Assist with internal/external audit requests
Assist with US SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance
Workday System management and Pro Support
Consolidation of universal administrative tasks
Ensures optimal relationships with our business partners through
strength in understanding and creating solutions to deliver highest
satisfaction levels for our diverse set of associates.
Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures including
but not limited to recruiting, training, reward, recognition, and
associate development.
Manage assigned caseload in the ticketing system.
Dedicated to innovation, inspiring teams to meet and exceed
expectations.
Problem solving even before root-cause is determined to maintain
customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in an HR field, or any
similar combination of education and experience.
Previous relevant experience administering and applying FMLA,
parental leave, short-term disability and ADA requirements.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Possesses a problem-solving
mindset.
Previous experience working in a metrics-driven culture.
Previous Workday administrative experience
Key Competencies
Accuracy, thoroughness and strong attention to detail, the
numerical capability is key - getting it right the first time is
critical, ability to maintain confidentiality and continuous
improvement mindset
Self-Managed, able to identify and prioritize the tasks necessary
to meet long- and short-term objectives and effective time
management and multi-tasking abilities to achieve these
objectives
Demonstrates a high level of customer service skills,
approachability, confidentiality and sense of urgency, Proven
reliability, and dependability
Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate
situations as needed
Strong collaboration skills (communication, tone, messaging,
execution, planning, ownership).
Experienced in the use of continuous improvement tools and HR
Project Management (standard work, root cause analysis, voice of
the customer, etc.) preferred.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.

The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $60,000. This is the
range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible
compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may
ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is
only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range
may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
