Analyst, People Operations plays a key role in supporting the
design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the systems,
programs, and processes that shape the employee experience. This
role combines data analysis, systems administration, and hands-on
operTational support to ensure that our People Operations function
runs efficiently and aligns with company culture and business
objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy,
and passionate about using data and process improvement to create a
positive, consistent, and scalable employee experience across the
full lifecycle. What you'll do Analyze and report on key People
metrics, including diversity, turnover, and recruitment data,
identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to
People and Leadership teams. Support the development and
maintenance of People insights dashboards to inform data-driven
decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal, company, and
regulatory reporting requirements. Support the administration of
People systems such as Betterworks (engagement surveys, performance
reviews, goal setting) and integrations with Rippling Maintain
accurate teammate profiles in HR systems, ensuring data integrity
and alignment across platforms. Maintain and update People team
SOPs and process documentation to ensure consistency and
compliance. Manage key operational processes including onboarding,
offboarding, and employment verifications, ensuring a positive and
compliant experience for all employees. Assist with general People
team inquiries via internal chat and email, providing timely and
accurate support. Support the design and implementation of
company-wide People programs (e.g., performance management, goal
setting, engagement, recognition) to ensure alignment with business
priorities and culture. Partner with the People Operations leader
to evaluate and enhance key lifecycle processes (onboarding,
development, mobility, offboarding), ensuring efficiency and
scalability. What makes you a great fit Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics,
or a similar HR support role. Proficiency with HR systems such as
Rippling, Betterworks, Greenhouse, or comparable platforms. Strong
analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and
recommendations. Excellent organizational skills with strong
attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple
priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting business needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate
effectively across teams and levels. Commitment to maintaining
confidentiality and handling sensitive information with
professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google
Workspace; experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g.,
Excel, Tableau) is a plus. Working knowledge of HR compliance best
practices. Compensation Annual base salary range: $75,680 to
$94,600, depending on relevant experience. Location All Evolve team
members must live in one of our approved locations by their first
day. We can hire from anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii.
Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in
the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania,
Rhode Island, and Washington. If you live in Colorado, you can work
