Nordson MEDICAL designs, engineers and manufactures complex devices
and components with applications in wound healing, surgical and
minimally invasive, fluid management, pulmonology and
interventional and structural heart. Our pioneering Advanced
Polymers team was the first to manufacture and supply medical
balloons to the medical device industry. - Nordson MEDICAL works
with doctors, start-ups and large medical companies around the
world at any point in the product lifecycle, from concept to launch
and beyond. -
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage process of entering new documentation into the quality
system including approvals and notifications. Manage document
revision process including change requests, approvals, and
notifications. Initiate and/or complete SOP & Work Instruction and
Process updates.
Corrective Action and Nonconformance:Follow up on pending
non-conformance actions to ensure timely resolution. Manage
non-conforming product to ensure timely disposition. Manage
non-conformance records. Perform Non-Conformance Investigations.
Non-Conformance/Complaint Analysis and Reporting
Non-Conformance/Complaint file management
Auditing SupportSupport and provide updated documentation necessary
for external and internal auditing. Participate in internal
auditing process including actual auditing and reporting. Host
Regulatory Audits. Host Customer Audits. Manage Audit Finding.
Production Support: -Assist in the process of training existing
employees. Help to develop training procedures. Lead the effort to
communicate quality and training issues to employees. Maintain
communications boards throughout facility.
Customer Support: -Create customer facing documentation to
communicate our QMS to customers. - Investigate customer issues and
drive complete resolution.
Education and Experience Requirements
Skills and Abilities
Base Salary Range for this position is: $88,000 to $95,000, and
bonus target is 3%;---shift---premium may be available depending on
shift associated with the specific job opportunity.

The base salary pay range for this job level is a general guideline
and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.--- -Individual
salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not
limited to internal equity, business considerations, and local
